Is Calvander a denomination?
No. Calvander is an intersection outside Carrboro and Chapel Hill near where a number of our founding members live. We are an autonomous chuch affiliated with the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina and TriWest Baptist Network. People who attend come from all types of denominational backgrounds.
Where do you meet?
We meet at the parking lot located at 108 Dairyland Road at 11:00 a.m. every Sunday.
Do I need to bring a Bible?
We encourage everyone to bring their Bibles for the sermon. If you don't have a Bible, we can provide one for you.
What can I expect during the Sunday morning worship service?
Don't expect to be out at noon. Our Pastor's teaching style is expositional and interactive. He will be breaking down the meaning of each verse.

What kind of music do you play?
We play and sing songs that glorify God.
What about kids?
Kids are welcome to stay with their parents during the Sunday Service.
